When will my product ship?

In stock items will ship out within 3 business days from your order.  You will receive a FedEx tracking number once your rack leaves our shop.

What is your return policy?

We accept all returns within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if the product is returned in the condition it was received and contains all items in the original package. 

If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts or is damaged during return shipping because it was not packaged correctly the item will be returned to customer without refund.

Is there any assembly required?

All bike stands can be easily put together in under 30 seconds.  The two single bike wall racks do not need assembly.  The double wall rack does require a screw driver to assembly but it should only take a few minutes to put it together.

Is it difficult to mount the wall racks?

Instructions and hardware are included with all wall mounted racks and we have made mounting your wall rack as simple as possible and it can be accomplished with only a screw driver.  The wall mounted racks are designed to be secured to dry wall (not a stud) using a strap-toggle.  If you plan on securing your rack to something other than dry wall please contact us and we can figure out the best solution for your situation. 

Will the rack hold my heavy bike?

Yes, the strap toggle mounting system is designed to hold a bike of any weight.

Do you make a wall rack for a girls bike or one with an irregular cross bar?

Why yes we do!  Check out our saddle rack, it is specifically designed to hang your bike from your seat not your cross bar.
